Human liver grown in lab

For the first time, human cells have been used to create a lab-grown liver.

When they say "fetal" cells do they really mean fetal cells or is that just more scientific journalism.

Article doesnt really make it clear. Is it from an embryo that was fertilized, stopped and its totipotent cells taken? Or was it from cells that were artifically induced to become pluripotent, or in this case of liver cells, multipotent liver cells?ong
