Doctors warming to Paleo diet

A growing number of scientists, medical doctors and nutritionists have argued that a Stone Age lifestyle could benefit human health and even cure chronic diseases. Check out this surprisingly good video series that was recently put together by CBS:

  1. they're still blaming saturated fat in the piece though. AFAIK the recent studies on high saturated fat intake from milk and eggs shows negative correlation with heart disease.

I noticed that too. Saturated fat is the most stable and only animal fats are high in the fat soluble vitamins A, D, and K2. K2 especially is negatively correlated with heart disease and plants have zero.

On the other hand, so many people are still afraid of saturated fat that this version of the diet may get them to try paleo when they otherwise wouldn't.
